Travel Bites: Phuket, Thailand | New Year 2017

What a good way to start the new year by doing what you love! Yoga and Travel became my passion in life almost 4 years ago. I did not expect that my love for both is over flowing. It’s like a never ending river that moves and flows inside my soul. I admit that almost every 2 months I always want to travel and see the beauty of the world, just like my how my week is not complete without my yoga practices.

I spent the New Year Holiday with my lovely yoga sister, Ashley. You may know her if you have been reading my articles, I met her in India during my Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 and visited her in Italy last year to celebrate our 1 year of being friends. After 6 months, we are together again to create more memories together. Without a doubt Thailand is blessed with so many beautiful places like Bangkok, Chiang Mai and of course, Phuket!

We are so happy that we did an island hopping. We enjoyed the sightseeing in Panak Island, Bat Cave and walk around I-tim Cave and Diamond Cave. We also visited James Bond Island,

Here are some of the pictures and video clips during my visit in the beautiful Island of Phuket!

The very popular, James Bond Island

Ready to visit the caves!

We had lunch in Koh Panyee Island, a short walk to see the whole village and I’m so happy to see a beautiful school. People here were originally from Sumatra, Indonesia. I’m glad they are keeping their Muslim Religion in a nation where Buddhism is very strong.

An hour of yoga, relaxation and swimming in Naka Island

My Favourite Thai dessert, Mango Sticky Rice!
