Home is Where the Heart Is

If I will talk to my 21 years old me, I will tell him to be patient, enjoy life, stay courageous and always be authentic.

The Philippines and Singapore have a major part of my life. The Pearl of the Orient as my motherland and the Lion City as my adulthood journal and second home.

Back then I was very serious, impatient and always rushing. But when I discovered yoga and open up my self to the world, everything changed. The road was not smooth when I started my yoga travel 4 months ago but it was fun and exciting. But being home once in a while gives a different kind of happiness inside.

I am very blessed that I started my 4th Quarter and 2nd Phase of my yoga travel in my homes. I was able to stay in the Philippines for 2 weeks to conduct yoga workshops and visited some family and friends in Makati, Pampanga, and Zambales.

Awesome workshop at YogaHive PH, Makati City!

I visited my church in Pampanga and shared my yoga knowledge to the Praise and Worhip Team. ❀️

My mornings in San Miguel, San Antonio, Zambales. I’m so happy that this is one of my provinces.

After the Philippines, I went back to Singapore for 2 weeks as a holiday treat for myself and also a transit for my next destination. Well, I was not able to get a lot of rest because I was given a chance to teach at Instiinct Studios and Trust Yoga – no regrets, it was fun meeting familiar faces and places.

Meeting them is always a joy in my heart.

Some random wishing wishes happened in this Chinese Temple NEAR Trust Yoga.

I love this two so much. We are all foreigners in Singapore but we found each other and became a family. Tom is like a second father to me, he’s one of the reasons why I am confident of myself teaching yoga and my younger brother Jacky who has a mentality of a wise monk with a twist.

It is true that ones you are home, you will feel all the genuine love and happiness. To all my friends, students, Teachers, and family in the Philippines and Singapore – Thank you much for always supporting me. Thank you for being part of my journey.

Sending my love all the way from Goa, India! Namaste.
